Quick start

Your everyday brewing basics

Use these guidelines as a starting point. Herbal blends are forgiving—small tweaks can make a big difference in aroma, body, and brightness

Measure

Use 1 tsp or herbs per 8 oz cup. Prefer stronger tea? Add more herbs.

Water temperature-Boiling

Each teaspoon of herbs can be re-steeped up to 3 times.

Steep time

Herbal: 5–10 minutes. Taste at the minimum time, then extend in 30–60 second steps.

Enjoy

Enjoy plain or add lemon or a touch of honey if desired.

Make it your perfect strength

If your cup tastes too light, increase leaf first—then steep time. If it tastes too strong or bitter, reduce time, lower temperature or add lemon or honey.

Tip: Keep a simple routine: same mug, same spoon, same timer. Consistency makes it easy to dial in your favorite cup.
