Do your teas treat or cure high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety and/or cancer?

No. Our teas are wellness products meant to complement healthy habits. They’re not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

What sweeteners do you use?

None by default. We focus on naturally flavorful botanicals. If you prefer sweetness, add a touch of honey or a no-calorie sweetener to taste.

How often can I drink it?

Most people enjoy 1–3 cups daily. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or managing a condition or medication, ask your clinician what’s right for you.

Any common allergens?
